Oswald Granger is a character in Hannah Montana: The Movie. He is a news reporter who works for Bon Chic Magazine, where he got an assignment to find dirt on Hannah Montana.

During Hannah's music video shoot, he hid in her dressing room, and when she entered, he came out and pretended to be a fan. He started asking her questions, but her publicist, Vita, stopped him and told Hannah that he's a reporter who's trying to get dirt on her. They kicked him out, but he managed to hide a secret camera that filmed Hannah mention "a secret", without saying what it actually is.
He followed Hannah around, trying to get find out what that secret is. He found out Hannah is from Crowley Corners, so he went there, hoping he could expose her. He asked around if anyone knew her, but didn't find anything.
At Hannah's concert to save Crowley Corners, he took a photo of Miley taking off the wig. He threatens to send it to Bon Chic, but after seeing his daughters, who are huge Hannah fans, he decides he doesn't want to break their hearts. He then calls his boss and quits.
