London Tipton is the heiress of the multi-million dollar Tipton financial empire (maintained by her father, Wilfred) and a good friend of Hannah Montana. While not overly bright, she can be quite charming when she wishes. Hannah performed at London's Sweet Sixteen Party, held at the Boston Tipton Hotel, but was never paid. A few months later, Hannah visits Boston again and strikes up friendships with twins Zack and Cody Martin and Maddie Fitzpatrick. Hannah admires London's latest dress, a Raven Baxter original, but accidentally tears it when the two girls briefly fight over the dress. A few years later, they are reunited on a Teen cruise aboard the S.S. Tipton, bound for Hawaii. There is a rift in their relationship, as Hannah refuses London's wish to record the theme song of "Yay Me, Starring London Tipton." When Hannah loses an anklet with a charm spelling "Dream" on it, given to her by her late mother, London discovers it (wondering who "Dr. Eam" is) and accidentally throws it overboard.
