Aunt Harriet
Aunt Harriet is the aunt of Oliver Oken, and has only appeared in the episode Miley Get Your Gum. She is responsible for Oliver's fear of chewing gum, because when Oliver was a baby, she was playing with Oliver while chewing a piece of gum, and the gum fell on Oliver, which triggered his fear. Aunt Harriet also gave Oliver a puppy sweater for Christmas that barks jingle bells. Just like how Robby Ray Stewart gave Miley a cat sweater sweater for her birthday that meows.
