Ashley Dewitt is a mean girl at Seaview High who appeared first in the pilot episode, Lilly, Do You Want to Know a Secret?. She is portrayed by Anna Maria Perez de Tagle.
Biography[]
Alongside her best friend, Amber Addison, are the most popular girls in school often making fun of and humiliating Miley, Lilly and others.
In contrast to Amber, Ashley is the unintelligent, submissive one of the duo and also has a horrible singing voice. However, both girls are shown to be huge fans of Hannah Montana (Ironically, which is, since Miley is Hannah Montana).
It's also revealed that Ashley doesn't know Amber's biggest and most embarrassing secret is that she used to be considered to be "the geeky kid with the glasses" who everyone picked on, despite supposedly being best friends. This is likely due to the shallowness and superficiality of their friendship, as it's shown later in the series that they often don't seem to be particularly close and only hang out because they're both popular and have rich parents (Amber explicitly confirms this in the series finale).
